What is Hapao?
Hapao is really a town in the Philippines that is well known for its pretty rice terraces. And while rattan is grown in the Philippines and also in Vietnam, in reality most rattan is grown in these two nations. The term Hapao and the town have nothing to do with each other.
Hapao is basically a basket weave design. It’s incredibly long lasting. It also can be adapted to recent designs other than standard or French country design frequently connected with rattan baskets. Baskets, trays, hampers and even enormous storage bins are perfect for Hapao rattan. Modern and a gorgeous coiled weave with a vertical weave layered over it. Hapao can be dyed or stained to match any design taste or style.
